BIA’s Blueprint for Attainable Housing

BIA's Blueprint for Attainable Housing brings to bear the expertise and capability of private sector residential developers to build more affordable housing throughout Philadelphia, augmenting the ongoing work of the City and neighborhood CDCs.

By leveraging the power of our members and partnerships, we can expand the number of businesses entering this market and deliver meaningful quantities of attainable new and rehabbed units, both for-sale and for rent. Production of Blueprint units will be possible with an authentic collaboration between the City, community stakeholders, and BIA members committed to helping solve Philadelphia’s housing crisis.

We invite BIA developers, builders, subcontractors, service providers, and material suppliers - all members - to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) at the links below.
