The effects of the COVID-19 crisis are widespread with ever-changing rules and new information. The BIA is fortunate to have a wealth of expertise among its members who can provide guidance to other members and friends in the industry.

BIA Board Member Cornelius Brown with Bohler generously offered to share ;his department's spreadsheet, which summarizes the status of City agency development services. Board Member Daniel Sobol of Stevens & Lee provided the slides from a webinar he and his colleagues gave titled "COVID-19: A Practical Guide for Employers NOW and Into the Future.
Member Alex Buzbee of Conner Strong & Buckelew sent this link to the company's COVID-19 Library, a resource center for the COVID-19 crisis and its effect on the insurance industry. The website is updated daily, and topics include state regulatory responses, employee benefits considerations, Worker’s Compensation, cyber threats, and business income losses.
UPDATED MAY 10: On May 6, members Lane Kelman and Matthew Skaroff of Cohen Seglias presented the BIA session "Construction Delays in the Time of Coronavirus: A Legal Perspective"(click the link to view a recording of the presentation).
