Mitigating the Risk of Liability at Construction Sites During COVID-19

Now that construction has resumed, the City of Philadelphia and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have set forth requirements that businesses must adhere to while operating during COVID-19. BIA Member Bill Auxer, Esq. of Kaplin | Stewart hosted a session on mitigating the risk of liability at construction sites during COVID-19. The presentation focused on the requirements and discussed the liability risks that businesses may encounter and ways to mitigate those risks.
