PGW EnergySense Construction Grants

BIA members with qualifying projects may be eligible to receive PGW grants of up to $75,000 for commercial, mixed-use, and residential construction and retrofits in the city of Philadelphia. Grants are available through August 31, 2020, and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

  • Efficient Construction Grants provide up to $60,000 for energy-saving designs in new or gut-rehabilitation commercial, industrial, and multifamily buildings, or up to $750 for single-family homes.
  • Efficient Building Grants provide up to $75,000 for comprehensive energy efficiency upgrades to existing commercial, industrial, or multifamily buildings.
