Remaining Limitations on Construction Lifted

On June 11, the City of Philadelphia lifted all remaining limitations on where, when, and what types of construction work are allowed. Most significantly, weekend residential construction, demolition of attached properties, and non-emergency work inside occupied dwelling units are no longer prohibited.

The L+I website states "Starting June 11, 2020, all types of work are authorized considering the proper permits are in place and appropriate precautions are taken."
