THE DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COMMITTEE will develop policies and programs to grow and diversify BIA membership and ensure our advocacy work and event programming helps to foster equity, equality, and inclusion.
THE EVENTS COMMITTEE develops and helps implement BIA’s yearlong calendar of educational and networking events.
THE GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE tracks public policies and practices that impact the building industry at the national, state and local levels and convenes regularly with city agencies, elected officials, policymakers and community stakeholders.
THE BUILDING INNOVATION COMMITTEE promotes the understanding and practice of sustainable building techniques and design strategies in the construction industry that lessen negative impacts on the environment and benefit the health and well-being of occupants.
THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE is responsible for recruiting and retaining members through events, member drives and other initiatives.
GREATER PHILADELPHIA SALES AND MARKETING COUNCIL connects sales and marketing professionals and provides education and networking opportunities for all members to learn how to keep their businesses thriving.
THE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ALLIANCE strives to diversify and build the construction industry workforce by increasing awareness and access to skills training, education, and jobs.
