THE BUILDING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF PHILADELPHIA IS THE LEADING GROUP PROMOTING RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT IN THE CITY.
Our mission is to advocate for and expand residential development and construction in Philadelphia. We promote growth – for our city and our industry, enabling members to create jobs, revitalize neighborhoods, and produce market-rate, workforce, and affordable housing to the benefit of all city residents.
